Yes I was listening to some podcast and they said, instead of doing a victory dance and the 'I was right, you were wrong' when people realise. We should ask what they think it was that made them not see what was going on etc., he said this way people will not have to defend themselves and actually ask for information. That way they will trust and respect us rather than ignore advise, after all we have so much info in us now after 4 years they will need to hear it once their minds are open to it!
