These companies have freedom of speech, but I'm not sure we need Verizon, AT&T, Comcast and such bringing them into tens of millions of homes.

Ha! This is the same way they attack the 2A. "Oh, no. We're not going to take your guns away. We're just going to make it impossible to get ammunition without our approval and your registration. And of course, we need to make sure you're sane enough have a weapon. We'll be completely fair and transparent when making that call. TRUST US!"
