10th Mountain (Army) and 1st Marine (USMC) are different entities. Pence is visiting 10th Mountain now, but the indicator says Red 4 is movement of military assets of 10th Mountain (out of NY), 1st Marine, CPSD (FEMA), etc. to different cities as riot control. Don't think active troops have deployed to cities yet but I could be wrong.

Q drop is referring to a planned Military operation Red 1 - 6 are events that trigger a military response. No way to predict the order that Red 1 - 6 will occur. <-- true of all planned military operations
