My understanding (from MonkeyWerx) is that prisoners/suspects are not allowed to be transported on military aircraft. That has to happen on chartered flights instead. Is that not correct?
Could be true, I don't know. There has to be some way to transport them, I mean from the front lines to the rear they'd be allowed to be in trucks I'd think. I wonder if he meant CIA type prisoners, like Maxwell but traitors could be different? Like everything else rattling around in my head, pure speculation.
All good possibilities, especially considering (what I suspect to be) the volume of prisoners to be transported. As I recall, MonkeyWerx actually cited a particular code or rule as to why prisoners couldn't be transported on military planes, but I don't remember what it was specifically. It'll be interesting to see how it all plays out.
With all the C130 traffic today, I'm wondering if the transport isn't already happening.
