If a bank robber reaches home with the stolen money, then he's rich and 'off the hook'? None of it is his or legit. But who calls the crime for illegal pres.? I'm thinking it has to be the military, especially if they are the ones who documented the election fraud.

look at it like a forged bank note, to be in possession of one is a crime, but if you went to spend it then crime is far worse.
My thinking is that by defrauding an election and then cashing in on it would make a better case to the public and prevent any deniability from him.
