By law, cast ballots have to be kept for a certain amount of time. I'm not sure if it is 22 months from the election or 22 months from now, but after that amount of time the ballots can be destroyed. He is saying we have 22 months to audit the votes to verify the accurate tallies.

toward the first few minutes someone donates and states that 'people dont understand we still have 22 months' or something like that and he responds quickly saying, ya 22 months we'll get into that but i couldnt keep watching to see if he addressed it

Dug around on the subject and didn't find anything specific during the past day, but but did see where Putin has been seeking to arrest him....
