Opsec should mean that only a handful of people would know about arrests ahead of time. Regardless of what happens with any arrests, most NG guys will still get the same orders to keep the peace.

All I know is Bragg was quiet at the beginning of the month. Then a shit ton of traffic outta there this past week. Now it is quiet again. Too quiet.
