We couldn't be sure, except that the proofs mostly come from trump himself, and if we trust him then we must trust Q. But sometimes I wonder if trump is even aware that his tweets were proofs - maybe some communications staffer was the one formatting the tweets? But no, Dan Scavino had basically the last say on trump's twitter (except for trump himself), and Dan tweeted several proofs or Q hints himself, and Dan is undeniably close and loyal to trump and trusted by him.

So, if we trust trump, and trump trusts Dan, then we can trust Q.
