No, 19th is the day full Congress is usually back to D.C., especially when POTUS inauguration takes place. Let's stop finding clues in the air we breath.

Right now Senate is almost empty, House almost so as well (sham impeachment was unconstitutional in many ways, but this one in particular since those voting HAD to be physically present on the House floor). So, 19th they all HAVE to report back to D.C. And Harris has to resign from her Senate seat giving a window when GOP becomes majority party and McConnell becomes Senate Leader again, though we'll see for how long.

IMO this is part of the plan.
