I agree with your last statement ?

Rouges will act out and cause massive chaos and deaths.

At that moment we would loose a ton of support for the movement. We might not even be able to reign in enough people to organize the worst case scenario.

I’m pretty sure the majority of the country is under stay at home orders right now.

That’s probably why so it’s easy for the military to round all the bad actors up.
