Job is probably the one I have studied the most, just because, at first, I could not understand why God would basically make a bet with the devil. In the end, Job realized that God is not a cosmic vending machine, in other words, do good deeds and get rewards. Job was a very righteous man, but had it wrong. It is by faith that we enter the kingdom of God not by our good works so that no one can boast.
