I'm guessing if signs are public, the hand has already been played. Q & the rest would not be so foolish to let us and the enemy know what cards their playing before they're played. Also, media, et al are not too bright; remember all the times that Trump played them and each and every time they fell for it. (North Korea comes to mind.)
