It IS NOT normal. I would not post this if it wasn't abnormal. I am not saying anything is happening Q wise...I have lived in DC my whole life. It would not be swirling through Q peeps on Twitter right now if it was normal.

The lights go out at 11pm every night.

They confirmed it during the riots. The Whitehouse said that the lights go off every night at 11pm.
