Bad context. An assault is a crime in an of itself so you would already be arrested for assault, they would just tack manslaughter charges on to your already existing charge.. I have a fam full of 5.0.. trust me dude the law is a wierd thing to deal with

I been in law for 21yrs. The crimeS have taken place for years. Pick Biden up for whichever and then tack on additional. Not just wait. Once he has been sworn in game over.
