Hijacking satellite feeds makes the most sense, but then many providers with DS sympathies would just pull the plug and figure people can go without. But if the military is monitoring broadcasts and cable feeds, they could easily pay a visit to the source of the problem and "explain" the situation to them.

In reality, I suspect the major networks will carry the inauguration, and they will be "encouraged" to keep broadcasting the proceedings.
