I'm in California today's January the 18th that tweet shows January the 19th I'm wondering if radcliffe or whoever posted that is not in the United States and they're in a different time zone where it is the 19th somewhere in Europe

The date is displayed based on the viewer's timezone. I am in Australia so all the tweets show up in my local timezone which happens to be in the future!
