correct me if I'm wrong. There isn't any explicit statement as to whether it's the election day itself (which went on past a day) or the electoral votes being counted as the election having been finalized?
I read it as it needs to be presented to Trump within that time frame and somewhere in there it says the report could be classified, so I am guessing they did do it within 45 days, they are just releasing select parts to the public now.
I think people are missing the point of this EO. Its about exposing the bigwigs in CIA trying to force the analysts to change their conclusions - thats sedition.

He didn't really claim they interfered, he didn't state how they did. He just pointed out the double standard when it comes to reporting any international election issues between Russia and China. Seems like people are not hesitant to report issues from Russia, but they are hesitant to report anything about China.
