They are being made capable of mass arrests and prisoner handling, both sides agree.

The left says its for the massive protests/riots/insurrection that is coming on the 20th.

Trump's people (Chris Miller) is in charge of the NG there, and our story is for arresting the swamp. You decide what is believable to you.

BTW NOBODY anywhere is planning any kind of protest for the inauguration. Literally nobody.
