I've seen NESARA/GESARA posts stickied here, which would lead me to believe that it is accepted Q-doctrine, but I haven't found any clear mention in a Q-drop.

There isn't any mention. The closest he/she/they have come is "Gold ends the FED". The rest is speculation.
