I don't know - why were they deputized back in June during the riots? Why were many non-DC law enforcement deputized as USMarshals for Trump's inauguration in 2017?

What I'm getting at is we're watching something that happens fairly often but we weren't aware. Now that we are aware, we think it's something way out of the ordinary.
