My first instinct is to say it's a psyop. Literally telegramming movement seems too careless for actual SS ops, right?

You arent' implying that the USSS are the ones who released this video, are you? Because I have no clue how you got that idea.... no way they never would record and release something like this.

This was obviously some independent journalist or private individual who happened to capture this.
