I never said anything about how his right to arms "SHOULD" be stripped from him.

I asked, why pardon him considering what his charges were.

Then why can't felons legally carry guns? I'm not saying that it's right, but it's what happens in today's law.

I don't see a reason why lil' wayne should be pardoned but not other felons.
