Just thinking about the dissolution of The Corporation of America

I am thinking when the date of the Corporation was. Was it when POTUS met with the Queen? Was it shortly after. Was it Jan 1st of 2021? When it dissolved, did we immediately revert back to original Constitution? This week should give us some answers.

Trump said that he signed something wonderful that goes into effect on 1-1-21. What is it?
