I don't know. Maybe? But if the Chinese are race-biased then they don't think that race-bias is a bad thing. So why would they project what they consider a positive onto their enemy and his supporters?

Perhaps it's more insideous though. There's a certain joy to be had in watching a country destroy itself from self-hatred.

I stop listening once the term "white supremacist" is mentioned. Like "racist", it's a communist term to stifle the questions and smear the opposition.
