Doesn't everybody going to DC need to quarantine for 14 days? Are we not following the Red Death guidelines anymore?

I just saw an article about 200 NYPD officers going to DC to help with the "inauguration". Isn't NY a plandemic hotspot?

Nobody said a thing to me when I was there for the 6th, I hardly saw any of the COVID guidelines actually being enforced. Didn't get any questions at the airports on the way home either.
