She has done this with relation to DoD A LOT since Jan 6th. I think it is frightening how they are sidestepping the chain of command. This is wrong in a major way.

IDK the correct word but we can't have this kind of stuff. No matter who sits on the Oval Office, we can't have the speaker of the house attempting to tell DoD what to do and bypass the Executive Office.

Even if Biden is POTUS, we can't have her doing this to him either. It is incorrect and not within her charter of her office.
