Important thing to note. He would have just said “peaceful transition of power.” (Period) The fact that he even used peaceful transition (of/to) MILITARY— the word military— is strange. Either a fraudian slip (a la the slurred word before hand) Or It was purposeful. Either way it bodes well for us. If you are on the Q boards you know there are no coincidences. And to dismiss this but talk about 3 year old delta time stamps to an old Q post is extremely hypocritical, oblivious, Or you are just a straight up shill. Lol

I also noticed the slurred word before "MILITARY". Seems like he was used to saying "transition of power" but was instruct_1 to say "transition TO MILITARY power". Slur was an overridden force of habit.
