Call me old fashioned but I would like to go on record to state that we shouldnt arresting or probably even calling folks pedophiles if they arent guilty of pedophilia.

last I read exchanging child porn is already illegal, as is soliciting and molesting a minor. right? People go to jail for that. correct? We don't jail people for the crime of raping a child if they have a picture of a minor right?
