I read Ratcliff' s Report that was supposed to be due within 45 days, he opened it with a statement that it did not show the severity of the CCP's influence in the 2020 election. As I glanced through more it now is obvious why it was so late, and looks that if Ratcliff didn't push it out we would have never seen it. This report officially confirms international interference, and that should be the last item that was needed to enact the provisions of the EO.
