the navy and marines owned a few kfirs in agressor squadrons awhile back.... but my best theory is it's another version of the fighters squaking as trainers to hide what they really are. 1 hunter,yeah, ok, could say it's some boomer going up for a joyride, but a dozen, definitely an op.
