Probably.

Now that raises the question about whether or not i is actually an Egyptian plane.

I can't imagine they would be allowed to do this in US airspace and if they did it would probably garner the kind of response that comes with an afterburner that would stay with them until they landed.

Which suggest that it is either something very special, or not an Egyptian C130...
