What ever happened to the "devastating video" discussed during Trump and Raffensberger call?

In the leaked phone call with Brad Raffensberger, Trump mentioned a video that he has which he called "devastating". How come we haven't seen or heard about that video since then? Does it have anything to do with the recent FCC notifications and the EBS? ?
