That's why they're called the "Mockingbird Press." They dutifully recite whatever drivel they're told to read off the teleprompters, obediently, and no one -- NO ONE -- ever questions what they're reading. All local "news" is just as bad as their corporate overmasters. You can get the local weather from weather.com, so why even bother tuning in to your local sheep-news-team?
