WHY WOULD AN ACTIVE DUTY GENERAL DISOBEY HIS ORDER DURING A COM BLACKOUT AND HAVE NOTHING BETTER TO DO THAN LEAKING HIGH LEVEL INTEL TO FUCKING TELEGRAM. AND ASKING PEOPLE TO FOLLOW HIM?? WHAT IS HE DESPERATE?
