Not that I know exactly, but I would assume it would have to do with the thought that he should not have gone through with the events on the 6th. If the overall goal was to sweep up as much as possible with the events that have yet to happen, I would think that Pence is just a piece in the game. I think Q kind of hit on this with the mention of Chess... in this case, I suspect Pence would be the Queen lol.
