I live in the area and it's clear as a bell, warm and sunny. Not a cloud in the sky, but there is a marine layer off shore. But we'll see.

I grew up in Ontario, CA and we had winds as high as 80mph on many occasions. What happened to Ca, must just be a State of Tree hugger's!
