As a contingency plan, and not very thought out, but instead of active rebellion, I say it would be easier and more effective first us to form sanctuary States. Red States just say they're not following federal laws anymore. No federal taxes, no federal rules, no new laws or executive orders, kind of a non-compliance cold war. Just a big "we don't recognize the illegitimate government" movement. Until all the election fraud can be presented in a fair court, I think it's fair to not recognize the government. Much better than seceding, which some legislators are already talking about doing. Many actually red States' legislators would do this just for the population boost and revenue boost; as they could double their state taxes and it would still be half what the federal government charges, as well as stop giving more money to the federal government than they take. If that Texas suit showed us anything, it's that they are some based legislators out there. And I bet the majority of every state's national guard would prevent any law enforcement or alphabet agency any entry if the state declared itself has a sanctuary to federal laws. If nothing changes, and they don't come to the table, it would be easier to stage an actual rebellion from a state that wrote laws saying social media can't kick you off and all data through ISPs must be encrypted, no FBI allowed, etc xD
