Callsign FUME04, it's Boeing E-6B Mercury, reg. 164387, serial #: 24500

Basically an airborne command post and communications relay center of the US NAVY, with the role of National Command Authority to fleet ballistic missile submarines (TACAMO). Also has ability to remotely control Minuteman ICBMs using the Airborne Launch Control System, providing airborne command and control of U.S. nuclear forces. Replaces EC-135C Looking Glass.
