The whole issue I have with all of these brilliant EOs is - who's going to enforce them? Military is the only way, I know - but we're out of time.

I've heard this too from Juan O Savin...(March used to be the Inauguration timeframe), but it might be a military-run gov't for a little while until this gets sorted... April 1 for sure Trump is in the White House.
