We don't believe he will because we are informed and it would make no sense. Obviously this is a result of analysis and some other internal knowledge and experience. If you are asking to place a Bet you will likely win. I offered a 5k bet to my boss who is a total numbers guy that Biden would not be president. He wouldn't take it.
