Furlough them and only give them 1200 after the first 6 months. Oh also just to make sure they understand the importance of social distancing they are only allowed to shop within those walls and are only allowed a small ration of food per day. Oh they also have to pay rent to the US. Cant forget that they owe money to be allowed to stay there.
