I don't think the tobacco is as bad for you as the filters are. Try getting organic loose leaf and rolling your own. I don't trust ecigs. Don't know what nasty chemicals they are adding in there.
Sounds like your diet is not good, your habits aren't the best, and you need to reset. My advice go on a low carb high fat diet, focus around grass fed meats, free range eggs, whole cheeses, and any green that isn't a legume you can get your hands on as the main part of all you eat. As far as the drinking, yep I loved beer too, but whiskey and vodka don't have any sugars in em. Stay away from Beam and Capt Morgan as they do. Anything like Jack or Evan Williams will do, or any vodka really. Mix em with club soda or diet sodas if you're really in for drinking. As far as the cigs, get a robo dick ecig or actual snus to start cutting back on burning actual tobacco for your nic intake.
Exercise wise, a great starting point is strong lifts 5x5 and couch 2 5k.
You can change your life integrating these things and they'll give you a lot more mental clarity. Hell I'm not saying don't get fucked up with your buddies etc but incorporate these things and you'll notice the positive changes.
No diet sodas! Aspartame eats holes in brain tissue. At temps over 83 or so, it degrades into formaldehyde, methanol and formic acid. Gulf War Sundrome was actually aspartame poisoning. Fake sugars are easily the most toxic thing you can put in your body.
When I detoxed all chemicals and preservatives and GMOs from my home and diet (i.e. changed all my food, soaps, detergents, toiletries, air fresheners, etc), my hair got thicker, my nails got stronger, and my coordination improved enough that I noticed a difference.
