Ok so I’m getting a bunch of different answers haha.

It seems like Trump can call them in but because the mayor requested them?

So then we are assuming Trump just knew they would request them? That’s a bit of a stretch I think we are making then. What if they weren’t requested? Would he have still called in the NG?
