Significance of Pompeo's 15 minutes deltas on tweet intervals?

I'm not a Q expert, everyone on twitter is making a big deal about Pompeo posting 4 tweets in 15 minute intervals. What's the significance of this? What could it be signalling?

I know that, but specifically Pompeo tweeting right now in 15 minute intervals 4 times seems to be something special that other people are reacting to. Is there a Q post telling of a significant event happening after seeing the signal a certain number of 15 minute interval? This is what I'm asking. There is buzz here and on Pompeo's Twitter about 4 tweets daddy coming out at 15 minute intervals.
