Can someone explain the Tweet Deltas to me?

I'm new here, and have read enough to understand the delta's between Q Posts and Trump tweets. However quite a few seem focused on intervals between any political figure's tweets (Pompeo, Obama, ect...) what is the meaning of this?

Actually, "delta" comes from the math symbol which is used to represent "difference between two values".
