I have come across two news articles regarding the FCC going to a mid size TV station and telling the manager and district manager that their programming would be preempted starting 8 AM and that the manager could be held criminally liable if the station did not carry the preemptive feed. Does this mean Trump has planned Continuity of Government (COG) by martial law prior to inauguration day and that Biden won't be the 46th president?
