This is the only reason I see for the SC to have completely stayed out of this. The way all the cases were dismissed ensured they never ruled against evidence, just technicalities that seemed so obvious it couldn’t be real procedures.

When shit hits, they are as ‘neutral’ as possible in the eyes of the majority of the country.
