Does anyone know why they forced the livestream to be pulled? How/why is it illegal to relay a public hearing/whatever it is? FEAR

The lady stopped her speech and specifically mentioned, paraphrase, "we know that someone is streaming this on YouTube. This is illegal. Please stop."

30 seconds later the stream is down.

Where is the public stream if not on YouTube? Can't find it
