Has to do with a supposed countdown. For whatever reason, they have latched onto the gaps betwen Pompeo's tweets. 30 minutes, 15 minutes, etc. A countdown.

There must be some sort of app that allows the scheduling of tweets, as these are carefully coreographed and timed.
