True. Certain fabrics shed fibres and particles which, if breathed into the lungs, could cause an Interstitial Lung Disease (ILD). ILDs are usually irreversible and can be life-threatening.

I have NO medical training and I can't advise on what materials may or may not be safe to use. I just wanted to highlight this potential danger. See
